This feature allows call forwarding customers to activate, deactivate or change their call forwarding features from a remote location.
Important note: this feature is only available when you purchase call forwarding on T1, BirchLink or Total-T services. This feature is not availlable on other Birch services.
TO USE:
1. Dial your access number. refer to the table below for the correct access number.
2. Enter your phone number that has the remote access service.
3. When asked for your PIN, enter the four-digit code that you selected at sign-up.
4. You’ll be asked to enter a feature code; enter *72 to activate the service or enter *73 to deactivate.
5. Enter the 10-digit number to which you want your call forwarded. You will receive confirmation that your call has been forwarded to the number you’ve selected.
