Birch Email comes free-of-charge with Birch Internet service. Once you have activated your first email address and password you can view your messages through your existing email program (for example Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002, Outlook Express, Netscape Mail or Eudora). Check your email anywhere. You can read, send and manage your email when you’re away from the office from any PC that has Internet access. Just login to your WebMail on the left hand side of this page by entering your phone number, clicking go, and then clicking the link to your email.
Change your email account settings. To change your email account settings, add or delete email addresses, change passwords and auto-forward/reply to incoming email, sign in to your Email WebManager on the right hand side of this page.
Increase your online email storage capacity. You can do this by configuring your email to delete messages off of the server after you have downloaded them in your email program.

Order more email storage or email addresses. If you would like to order more email storage and/or another block of email addresses, please contact us.
Follow the directions on your DSL modem guide carefully. If you encounter problems in making a connection to the Internet, please unplug your modem from all connections including power, and repeat the installation. If that does not fix the problem, please contact us.
